Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The package was incomplete upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase and product images may be required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, RB Aura does not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by RB Aura

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and product images.


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
